Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited uses of SynthMail. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Illegal Activities
You may NOT use synthmail to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law
- Engage in fraud, theft, money laundering, or other financial crimes
- Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal transactions
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Violate data protection or privacy laws
2.2 Harmful Content
You may NOT use synthmail to create, store, or distribute:
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation content
- Sexually explicit content without appropriate consent
- Content that harasses, threatens, or bullies others
- Malicious software, viruses, or code designed to harm systems
2.3 Spam, Abuse & Fair Use Violations
You may NOT:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) using SynthMail's automation features
- Use SynthMail for phishing, social engineering, or impersonation
- Scrape or harvest email addresses or data without authorization
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Manipulate or abuse referral programs, trials, or promotional offers
- Create multiple accounts to bypass trial limits or usage restrictions
- Excessively consume resources or exceed normal usage patterns to the detriment of other users
- Consume more than 80% of available features during a billing cycle and then request a refund
2.4 Technical Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SynthMail's systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to abuse the API or service beyond authorized limits
- Overload, interfere with, or disrupt SynthMail's servers or infrastructure
- Bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Deliberately exceed usage limits or consume excessive backend/API resources
2.5 Unauthorized Commercial Use
Without explicit permission, you may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute SynthMail's services
- Use SynthMail as part of a competing product or service
- Offer SynthMail features to third parties as a white-label solution
- Scrape or replicate SynthMail's functionality for commercial purposes
3. Monitoring, Enforcement & Fair Use
To ensure fair access and maintain service quality for all users, we reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns to detect abuse, excessive consumption, and policy violations
- Track feature usage and consumption levels to identify accounts exceeding normal usage patterns
- Investigate suspected violations using automated and manual methods
- Limit access or deny service to accounts with abnormal or abusive usage patterns
- Deny refunds to users who consume more than 80% of available features during a billing cycle
- Suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this AUP or our Terms of Use
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
- Remove content that violates this policy without prior notice
Note: We aim to provide generous usage limits for legitimate users. These monitoring measures are designed to prevent abuse, not to restrict normal, fair use of our Service.
4. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Usage Restrictions: Limit access to certain features or impose stricter rate limits
- Temporary Suspension: Service access may be suspended pending investigation
- Account Termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account closure
- Refund Denial: Accounts terminated for abuse or excessive usage are not eligible for refunds
- Legal Action: Illegal activities will be reported to authorities
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

Include: Username/email, description of violation, screenshots or evidence
6. Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe this was in error, you may appeal by contacting synthmailai@gmail.com within 14 days. Include your account details and explanation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of SynthMail after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
